PolyOrgs Chapter Meetings
Chapter meetings are the heartbeat of the PolyOrgs network. Held monthly across 12 active chapters in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK, these sessions combine technical education, peer learning, certification credit, and genuine community. If you’re a polyurea professional who hasn’t attended a chapter meeting, you’re missing the most valuable part of membership.

What Happens at a Chapter Meeting
Every chapter has its own personality, but the structure is broadly consistent:
Pre-Meeting Demo (20 minutes)
A live spray demonstration, equipment walk-through, or surface prep technique. This hands-on element is the most frequently praised part of the meeting experience — both by new members learning foundational skills and veterans who pick up field tricks from peers.
Main Program (60–90 minutes)
A technical presentation, guest speaker, case study, or certification-track session. Topics rotate monthly to cover all major application segments. Presentation materials are archived in the member portal after each meeting.
Peer Q&A (30 minutes)
The most informal and often most valuable segment. Members bring real job challenges to the group — substrate anomalies, client specification questions, equipment problems — and work through them together. This is where the network’s depth of experience pays off most directly.
Networking (30 minutes post-meeting)
Optional but well-attended. This is where partnerships form, referrals happen, and the chapter culture develops.
Can’t Attend In Person? Virtual Options
Most PolyOrgs chapter meetings now offer hybrid attendance for members who cannot travel. Virtual attendees receive the same CEU credit and get access to the live Q&A session. Some chapters offer dedicated virtual-only sessions for members in regions without a local chapter.
Contact your chapter director or reach out to us to inquire about virtual attendance options.
